"The more that you read, the more things you will know.
The more that you learn, the more places you'll go."  ~ Dr. Seuss

Libraries are cornerstones of the schools and communities they serve. Libraries are a source of entertainment and education for students as well as adults.

A library not only helps to instill the habit of reading but instills a thirst for knowledge.

The Smiths Station Jr. High School Library Media Center is a wonderful place that contributes to the learning process of your child.  It is where they can get away from the noise of the world and create their own world. Walking through this library opens up many kinds of opportunities.  It is a place where they can sit down and read a book, do research, study, and create in our makerspace area.

A person reads a book while lounging on a blue bench in a library.

Two young women smile in a library, standing near bookshelves filled with books.

Students work collaboratively at tables, using laptops and other devices.
